The Courses Negotiation Skills - Foundation Course The foundation skills course will give you the basic understanding you need to reach a better deal. From preparation and strategy through to solo and team negotiations, you'll learn the theory and skills, use them and refine your approach based on results and feedback. Negotiation Skills for Lawyers In-house and external counsel are often used beyond a legal role. They may be expected to support. or even lead, commercial negotiations with little training or experience beyond contract law. Building on the Foundation Course, our Lawyer's Course will better equip you to take on those challenges. Custom Courses We also provide tailor-made training and coaching drawing on a wide base of materials and content. Perhaps you need a half-day refresher session for bid managers or buyers?
